1、 Performance characteristics and application:
MRXRLSeries regenerative roaster has the characteristics of energy saving, environmental protection and high efficiency. Regenerative roaster is essentially a combination of high-efficiency regenerative heat exchanger and conventional heating furnace. The heating rate of the furnace is fast, the time for shell replacement of the hot furnace to reach the rated temperature is short, and the smoke exhaust temperature is only 0.5% higher than the ambient temperature20-50℃, the energy-saving effect is very obvious.
It is mainly used for the roasting of mold shell in precision casting industry, and can also be used for the heating and heat treatment of metal materials and parts.
The roasting furnace adopts double air jet nozzle combustion, with fast temperature rise, high combustion efficiency, automatic temperature control, automatic stop after reaching the regulated temperature, and automatic start after the temperature drops.

3、 Structure description:
RXRLThe shell of series regenerative roaster adoptsφ five鋼板焊接而成，爐殼內(nèi)耐火材料組合砌成的爐膛，爐殼與爐膛之間加有保溫材料，爐體頂部鋪蓋保溫材料，防止散熱，爐內(nèi)填充有耐火巖棉etc.保溫材料，heavyamount輕，隔熱密封效果好，爐門的升降由手搖鏈輪控制，爐門上方的配heavy平衡箱，通過增減配heavy物與爐門平衡。
